Lam Ngo

I am a PhD student in the Health Intelligence (HINT) Lab at Aalto University, supervised by Dr. Jiancheng (JC) Yang. My current research focuses on medical computer vision and AI for healthcare.

Previously, I was supervised by Dr. Giacomo Tarroni at CitAI Research Centre, where I worked on VLM-guided methods for dataset partitioning in federated computer vision pipelines.

I hold a BSc in Mathematics and an MSc in Computer Science. My MSc thesis work, supervised by Dr. Chris Child, focused on building environment models for reinforcement learning tasks.
